Maestro Melhor and his wife Martha are some of the sweetest people you’ve ever met, and they’re both great Spanish teachers! They use Warren Hardy’s famous method and have four different grade levels, every three weeks. In fact, I really enjoyed this experience so much that I will be back very soon and spend two more months more and take a few more classes! Classes are very accessible and the low cost of living means that many people stay here for a few weeks or months to improve their Spanish. It is a beautiful colonial city full of excellent Spanish schools. Medellín is now a very popular city in Colombia for learning Spanish. From my experience travelling to Guatemala, people there are very friendly and patient with the Spanish gringo.
