When a friend invites you to dinner at “your” family’s house and you can’t get enough of “your” mom’s delicious food, you can say, “Wallah, this is the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted.” One point: It is a sin for Muslims to say “wallah” when you are lying. This is probably my favorite word in Arabic, and it is popular in all Arab-speaking countries. You will find that Arabic is an incredibly passionate and poetic language. Danganronpa V3 – Spike Chunsoft finally confirmed today
Spike Chunsoft finally confirmed today that Danganronpa V3 : Killing Harmony will be released later this month as Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition for iOS and Android, with an updated UI, gallery mode, touch controls and more. Spike Chunsoft kicked off Danganronpa’s 10th anniversary celebration by announcing anniversary editions of the flagship game for iOS and Android, featuring touch controls, a new gallery mode and more. Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony has one of my favorite endings, and I hope that everyone who recently discovered the series thanks to the first two mobile versions will enjoy the denouement when V3 is released later this month for $15.99 on iOS and Android. Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition will be released on May 26. The biggest problems with the Danganronpa games on iOS and Android so far are the lack of controller support and cloud saves. If you haven’t played any of the games in the series, play Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc first. Nevertheless, I can’t help but recommend the Anniversary Edition. 子张 Zi Zhɑng created his story mocking the duke for not recognizing true talent, saying at the end, “Now I heard that you prefer the company of talented people, so I came from afar to visit you. This story contains a rather complex metaphor that contains a bitter satire on hypocrites such as Lord Ye and the Duke. For example, Lord Ye’s love for dragons is an admission of what one really fears, that is, one loves some thing outwardly but not sincerely. It seems that Lord Ye did not love a real dragon, but something that looked like a dragon. The rumor spread, and one day a royal dragon from the heavenly realm heard about Lord Ye’s sincere worship of his kind. This particular story was told in Chinese by 颛孙师 Zhuān sūn shī, also known as 子张 Zi Zhɑng. Every Chinese language has an intricate origin story with an important moral at its core, and “Lored Ye Loves Dragons” is no exception. He had heard that the Duke of the State of Lu loves talented people, so he decided to take a trip to visit him. Lord Ye was a lover of dragons and drew and carved these wonderful creatures wherever he could. The dragon was deeply touched, so he decided to fly to Lord Ye’s house to visit him. Before saying goodbye to 子张 Zi Zhɑng, he asked his servant to deliver a message to the duke. This message contained a story about a man who was possessed by dragons. The walls of his house were painted with dragons, and dragons were carved on beams, columns, doors, and windows. The scene that accompanied the dragon’s descent to earth was beautiful: dark clouds furrowed the sky, lightning flashed and thunder rumbled. Arcade Heroes – Yes it’s a smaller show and it doesn’t
Yes, it’s a smaller show and it doesn’t have names like American Pinball and Barron Games, but in addition to ExA-Arcadia bringing new stuff, I’m sure Minecraft Dungeons Arcade, Golden Tee PGA Tour Golf, The Mandalorian and Retro Raccoons will be there. We’ve been talking about a few games from them lately, including Twister and Drakons, and Dave & Busters is rumored to want to go big this summer with a few new games for their sites. I’ve loved video games all my life and have been running my own gaming room, The Game Grid Arcade, in West Valley City, Utah, since 2008. It’s been a while since Namco Art Museum’s last video, and fans of the 1991 arcade game Steel Gunner can rejoice in its latest release. This will be the first time the company has had a presence in the North American market at a major trade show. Paul Jacobs, North American sales manager, and other company representatives will be at the show to talk to potential customers, talk about the unique features of the exA Arcadia system and answer questions from attendees. What really intrigues me is the operators from the United States. Since there are no restrictions on domestic travel, will there be? I did a survey in a closed Facebook group of operators, where the vast majority of operators are in the United States, and so far the results are a little more balanced between yes and no. According to Pewlett County Sheriff’s Deputy Matt Whittaker, the fire apparently started in the carpentry shop behind Mike’s Arcade, where the company was remodeling slot machines. I polled various sites on the Internet to find out how interested operators are in Amusement Expo 2021, and so far the results aren’t too surprising. We are joined by another arcade company, Twisted Quarter. If any of you have ever had to buy parts for arcade machines, you have probably dealt with one or both of these companies. Mojo Bones Is – Chrono Faction will make good use of the
Chrono Faction will make good use of the Switch hardware capabilities. Stuart Ryall’s studio sent us a beautiful image of the game running on the arcade device and Nintendo’s tiny console. In 2013, Nintendo showed off developer Mojo Bones’ Siesta Fiesta on the 3DS as part of the Indiecade Showcase. The following year, we saw it at the Nindie event after E3, and we loved it in our review. Whenever I hear the announcement of a new game with the word “Chrono” in the title, the first question that comes to mind is whether it has anything to do with Chrono Trigger. Chrono Faction’s 1-on-1 gameplay was also designed to take advantage of the Switch’s multiple hardware configurations. Now, several years and a generation of hardware later, the studio is gearing up for a return to Nintendo on the Switch. It was a fun game that took the idea of Breakout and spiced it up with creative side-scrolling and boss fights, all in a stunning visual environment. It was a good example of a studio’s ability to take an arcade concept and develop it in different stages. Tom has been in the video game industry for ten years, mostly writing about it or struggling to sell indie games. Siesta Fiesta was a great game! I think I would buy it again on Switch. Chronicle EX+ Blasts – DariusBurst: Another Chronicle EX+
DariusBurst: Another Chronicle EX+ will be released in the West on June 11, and publisher ININ Games is partnering with Taito to release a physical version of the game. To keep potential buyers informed, Strictly Limited Games is selling Darius Cozmi’s Revalation, a set that includes DARIUSBURST Another Chronicle EX+ and G-DARIUS HD. The retail version does not include G-DARIUS HD, but costs only £30, compared to £52 for the SLG version. If you’re experiencing a sense of déjà vu, it may be because we published a fairly detailed review of this game in March, after its release in Japan. Tom has been in the video game industry for ten years, mostly as a writer or seller of indie games. For shooter fans, the Nintendo Switch is a gold mine: fun games in the genre, old and new, can be found in the eShop, and in some cases there are physical editions as well. Honestly, I’m glad this game isn’t just coming out in a limited physical release. As you can see in the trailer above, the game retains the two-screen feel of the original arcade game, or “ultra-wide” as they call it. Even if it’s not G-Darius, I’m all for it! I really enjoy ININ Games releases. I love reading, writing, hunting Capcom’s fiercest monsters and watching baseball. Arcade came out in 2010 and was itself a sequel to the 2009 PSP original. I’ve already pre-ordered the SLG version, but I’m glad STG is already on store shelves. And here I thought I was finally getting a shooter that wasn’t a vertical shooter back on my TV.
